Welcome to Serenity Classroom Coaching. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, coaching services, group programs, and online courses. By accessing this site or engaging in our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Coaching Services

Our coaching services — including individual sessions, group sessions, and courses — are designed to support personal growth and professional development. Coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed provider or emergency services.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in coaching, you agree to:

Show up on time and be fully present during sessions

Take responsibility for your decisions and actions

Respect the privacy and contributions of others in group settings

Not record sessions (unless mutual consent is given in writing)

3. Group Coaching and Courses

When participating in group sessions or online courses, you agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of all participants

Treat others with respect and kindness

Avoid sharing personal information of others outside the group

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group or course without refund if they behave in a way that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group dynamic.

4. Technology and Zoom Use

Most sessions and courses are delivered via Zoom or other secure video conferencing platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have a reliable internet connection and a private, quiet space for sessions.

We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that may impact your ability to participate.

5. Payment Terms

All individual and group coaching sessions are paid after each session, unless stated otherwise. Discounted multi-session packages are also paid per session, and the discount remains valid throughout the package duration.

Online courses or digital materials may require payment upfront, which will be clearly stated during checkout.

Please review our Refund and Payment Policy
for more details.

6. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or full session charge.

Group sessions and courses may not be rescheduled individually. If you miss a group session, no refund or partial credit will be issued unless otherwise stated.

7. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Individual coaching sessions are private. Group sessions rely on mutual trust — while we encourage confidentiality, we cannot guarantee other participants will uphold it.

We will not share your information without your permission, except as required by law (e.g., in cases of potential harm or legal obligation). See our Privacy Policy
for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and recordings provided by SerenityClassroomCoaching— including in sessions, courses, or on the website — are the intellectual property of Serenity Classroom Coaching and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

A legal disclaimer

The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of Terms & Conditions. You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific terms you wish to establish between your business and your customers and visitors. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.    T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).        T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.    To learn more about this, check out our article “Creating a Terms and Conditions Policy”.
