Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

At Serenity Classroom Coaching, all coaching services are paid for after the session is completed. As such, we generally do not offer refunds for services rendered.

If you are dissatisfied with your session for any reason, please contact us at SerenityClassroomCoaching@gmail.com — we are committed to ensuring a positive coaching experience and will do our best to address any concerns.

5-Session Package

We offer a 5-session coaching package at a reduced per-session rate. Clients may still pay after each session, while receiving the discounted rate throughout the series.

If a client chooses to stop coaching before completing the full 5 sessions, they will only be responsible for payment of the sessions already completed.
There are no refunds for services already delivered.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or full session charge.
